  • Asia Food Fest logo-aff

Asia Food Fest is an annual multicultural event hosted by Fanta7.com in the Greater Toronto Area, which can be known as the popular Winterlicious/Summerlicious for Asian cuisines. During the event, 45 selected Asian restaurants offer their signature prix fixe menus at a discounted price, and every Toronto foodie can taste the best of Asian cuisines at any participating restaurants.

I was one of the six members in the team who organized this event. I was involved in the planning, preparation, marketing and execution phases from end to end, that generated more than 100,000 ad exposures throughout the 2-week period. I recruited 14 local restaurants to participate and secured $3000 sponsorship & funding.

  • Brand Audit Report

In the brand audit report, we look into the brand Victoria’s Secret from various aspects including the lingerie industry analysis, a SWOT analysis on the company, consumer analysis on its target audience and brand inventory analysis. Also, we identify three hypothesis that we want to investigate, and then come up with conclusions and recommendations for the brand through both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as ZMET, online survey and focus group.
